Your Role
As a key player in our Employer Branding solutions team, you will be essential in expanding our footprint in the market through. Focuses on lead generation, prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities.
Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends and potential leads
Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within the market
Promoting our values, image, and product offerings as an expert in Employer Branding and Jobbing
Conducting sales presentations (phone, online, email), negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets
Building strong customer relationships through account management, upselling, and providing exceptional support
Utilizing our CRM system to manage leads, analyse data, and optimize sales processes
Collaborating with the product development team to create cutting-edge HR tech solutions
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree
Proven sales experience (HR sales a plus)
Advanced English
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets and data analysis
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
