Job Description

Role Summary:
The Communication & Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing communications, employer branding and employee engagement initiatives within the company. The Specialist will work within a dynamic team environment, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and enhancing employee experience and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & ESG:

  • Plan and execute on-site & virtual employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and campaigns.
  • Track participation and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of engagement activities.
  • Maintain communication with regional teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Coordinate local efforts related to ESG initiatives, supporting global sustainability and diversity goals.

Employer Branding and Communication:

  • Implement employer branding campaigns under the guidance of the Regional Communication Lead.
  • Organize and manage content collection for internal and external communication channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of branded materials and digital content for recruitment and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local teams to capture and disseminate employee stories, testimonials, and success stories.

Internal Communication:

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates; also backing up communications for Slovakian community.
  • Manage communication campaigns to promote company initiatives, events, and key updates to employees.
  • Oversee the intranet and other internal communication platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content.
  • Monitor and gather feedback on internal communication efforts to implement improvements.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in employee experience/ engagement,  communication, or employer branding, preferably in a multinational environment.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proficiency level of C1, with CZ at C2 level.
  • Good ability to create engaging content for internal and external audiences.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great ability in using Canva for designs & content creation tools.
